[fdo-announce] annarchy.fd.o downtime: 18th March

Hi all,
annarchy.fd.o[0] will have two hours downtime next Sunday, the 18th of
March, from 2000 - 2200 UTC[1].  /home and /var are both filling up, and
we need to take the machine offline to resize them, unfortunately.
While we do that, we'll take the opportunity to fix up a few other bits
and bobs that we can't do while it's up and running, and hopefully
future-proof ourselves against future outages a little bit.

On a related note, if you're one of the people using gigs of space in
/home on annarchy and you don't need to be, feel free to nuke it in the
meantime.
