Hi Jose,

Thanks for picking up the "apitrace trace" commits and cleaning the up
again (as usual). I'm hoping that soon you'll be able to take some
commits of mine without having to do much cleanup afterward.

OK. This is done now. Check the new apitrace-diff branch and I think
you'll find it acceptable.

Note that the first patch on that branch is an independent fix to
"apitrace trace", (without the fix it won't work after "make install").

Sure. It's external to apitrace for now so it's simple to just update
the script and it can still be called via "apitrace diff".
