[avahi] Problem seeing available services

Hi,

Thanks for the tip

I am not running any firewalls on the workstation or server as they are on a
private subnet...

I am really at a loss as to why avahi-browse does not seem to be able to see
the server... perhaps it has something to do with the way my wireless card
is configured. I noticed for example when starting Banshee in debug mode, it
looks for NetworkManager which I replaced with Wicd...even so...
avahi-browse should reveal the shares....
