<div dir="ltr"><div>Hello everybody:<br><br>I&#39;m fairly inexperienced with Linux and was assigned the job to implement zeroconfig on Linux.</div>
<div>After googling, I found this project.</div>
<div>I tried to&nbsp;run configure&nbsp;in preparation for cross-compiling Avahi, but got&nbsp;the &quot;error: Your intltool is too old. You need intltool 0.35.0 or later.&quot; error message.</div>
<div>I encountered more problems (XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool) when I tried to install intltool.<br>Since internationalization is not required by now, I wonder whether this intltool checking&nbsp;can be disabled via&nbsp;running configure&nbsp;with disabling a&nbsp;feature&nbsp;or without a package in order to have a running Avahi.&nbsp;</div>
