[Beignet] [PATCH 0/8] Patchset to implement OCL ICD support.

This patchset is based on Simon's version, and made some minor modifications:
1. Fixed the missing extension rename for the cl_khr_gl_sharing.
1. Make it work well without OCL_ICD.
2. Fixed one minor problem when build utest with EGL.

Simon, could you give this version a try and check whether it breaks anything
at your side.
