[Beignet] [Patch V3] Add FCmpInst ord support.

Because gen do not support isorder direct, use (src0 == src0) && (src1 == src1).
BTW: can't use !unordered.

v2: Refine, don't need AND.
v3: Do not change getGenCompare function.
