Latest git master should fix the build error as it no longer depends
on lspci. You may have a try and let us know whether it is fixed.

But if your bios totally hide intel Gen VGA device, beignet
will fail at run time as it will fail to open the Gen VGA
device file. If that is the case, you may need to contact the computer
vendor to get a solution to let the bios not hide the Intel VGA device.
