1. this patchset depends on the patch from master called "remove the code of saving the llvm bitcode to file, replace it with llvm::Module";
2. clBuildProgram path is independent of clCompileProgram/clLinkProgram. clBuildProgram allocates new LLVMContext, compile/link use the global LLVMContext.
