[cairo] add me to commiters

Can someone add me to the cairo group? I have a first pass at the egl
glitz backend ready.  It's not working completely yet but getting it
into CVS will let more people work on it. It will be disabled by
default. The code builds and some parts even work.

There is an fbdev egl implementation already checked into mesa. You
can build it with 'make linux-solo'.

egl is like glx except it doesn't need the xserver around.
