[cairo] EPS target: force boundingbox

Hello all,

In Inkscape we have troubles with EPS export using Cairo. The PS and PDF
exports allow us to set the boundingbox of the exported image, without
Cairo recalculating it. For EPS, Cairo recalculates the boundingbox,
which causes trouble with our new EPS+LaTeX export.
How can I override this recalculation of the boundingbox, and manually
set it to the values we need?
