[cairo] cairo appear white edge antialiasing

That is because the shapes don't overlap. Cairo doesn't support that but
SWF does.

You have two options:

1. Render the SWF at a much higher resolution and scale down using a
different library.

2. Add a 1px stroke to all shapes.
