Tor,

I finally got around to trying your dlls and I have a silly question
for you. Trying to call cairo_image_surface_create fails, however
looking at the dll's exported functions I see a bunch with
'cairo_pixman' instead including the cairo_pixman_image_surface_create.
Can you explain why its not what I expected it to be please? I must be
missing something simple in terms of reasoning here.

Thanks!
. (The cairo DLL
in there requires libfontconfig-1.dll, freetype6.dll, libpng13.dll and
zlib1.dll, which can be found following links from
www.gimp.org/win32/downloads.html
