I never understood why projects that talk about free as in freedom dont
just use the word "freedom".  'Freedom Software' always sounded perfectly
reasonable and unabiguous to me, similiarly if someone wanted to emphasise
the freedom of this project some combination of "Clipart and Freedom"
wouldn't be a terrible idea.
Still, 'open clipart' is the best suggestion by far but if you were still
trying to think of other suggestions I would suggest the idea of
a 'great library' or museum.
