[Clipart] SVG::Metadata 0.11 Released

I've uploaded SVG::Metadata 0.11 to cpan, available at 

    http://search.cpan.org/~bryce/

Changes:

   * The subject element is now populated with keywords
   * Files with subject sections are parsed for keywords
   * The 0.use.t test is fixed
   * A new test 1.keywords.t is added
