[Clipart] ANNOUNCE: GUADEC#6 logo competition (fwd)

Yes these are great. It would be great to get someone from our community
to submit and win! Plus, this will get our project great PR.

I think we need a quick place on the first page that has contest, and/or
requests for graphics. This could take the form as a link, or a small
section on the sidebar, maybe under Incoming Clip Art. It could say:

Requests + Contests
===================

* GUADEC Logo
* SOAP::Lite Logo

Eventually, if this catches on (which I think it will), then we could
have a submission form for people to ask for clipart along with the
prize/bounty/reward (if any).

Thoughts? If good, then I will implement in like 10 seconds.

BTW, we are really getting a lot of submissions!

Jon
