Is the name of the country attached to them in any way?  In the
filename?  In the metadata?  In a text object in the SVG?  Elsewhere?
If so, we probably could automate the process.

Or do we need to go doing web searches to figure out which countries
they are for any we don't happen to know?  That would have to be done
by hand in that case, probably.
