That was my fault; I changed OpenClipart::Web in a way that left an
insecure $ENV{PATH} in the general case, and that was taint-checking
catching it for us.  The reason I didn't catch it before is because I
tested the module via upload_svg.cgi, which apparently uses it in a
slightly different way that didn't run into the issue.

Anyway, it's fixed now.
