[Clipart] Snafu with the release process

Crap...sounds like we need to do some tests. I think though that we are okay to 
continue and do this month's release. Do you agree?

I will check the file out and see how many pieces of clipart are in there. My 
goal is to get it out tonight and the PR up as well...can send in the morning. I 
should've done this earlier today, but I'm a little off...

Yeah, we need to look into this....first thing post-release, as the files are 
still there, but we just haven't refined our process enough to move them...
