I talked with a dev, Chainsaw, on #gentoo-media and he said to file a
bug, which I pasted above. This should help move these request you have
along.

You might add your own comments. The way their ebuild though installs
to /usr/share/clipart/openclipart is better than to
just /usr/share/clipart, as we discussed this in the list over the last
2 weeks as the best strategy. I also added some more notes on this on
the bug.

Thanks for working on this ebuild! I think it is brilliant and I'm happy
openclipart-0.15 is in gentoo!
