I noticed someone submitted some porn to our incoming. I wrote a quick
proram in php to delete those files. I commented everything out. If you
need the web server to delete something, then edit that file and add the
file names you want deleted, and then run this from your web browser:

http://openclipart.org/tools/rm_incoming.php

After you have run that, then either change that scripts permissions, or
comment out the good stuff. Yes, its a hack...
