[Clipart] Also...win32 installer

There are three tasks that might be nice for someone to undertake:

1.) create an install icon for the installer: 32px by 32px ICO file.
There is an example in the images folder.

2.) create an uninstall icon for the installer 32px by 32px ICO file

3.) create an OCAL banner for the installer: 150px by 57px BMP file.

If anyone does this, please either add to that images folder on CVS and
alert me, or post to the bug tracker as attachments.

It would be a great art task.
