I hate to be a downer, but the site has the following disclaimer:

The clip art found here has been gathered from sites on the internet, 
primarily from alt.binaries.clip-art, where it was presented as free 
materials in the public domain. If someone inadvertently placed material 
not in the public domain on one of these sites, we apologize. Please inform 
us so that your material can be removed immediately.

This makes he very uneasy.  It's certainly not up to OCAL's standard of 
verified PD.
