There needs to be a plug-in to access Open-clipart from openoffice.org. 
  The feature-set on top of my head :-
1. It should have a nice/usable interface
2. Very powerful query engine at the back-end
3. The pictures themeselves I guess are tagged so invoking keywords should be easy
4. Downloading the previews & making a backup 
             Hope u guys get some ideas along these lines.
