[Clipart] PNG only packages?

I suspect PNG-only packages would be enourmous for the whole library -
hundreds of Mb, possibly even more than a Gb if the resolution was
decent.

Perhaps we could implement some sort of shopping basket thing, where
people browsing the site check cliparts they want to use, and at
"checkout" they get to download a zipfile or tarball containing their
chosen cliparts in a format of their choice?

e.g.

* user chooses 6 cliparts
* user checks out, selects .zip format
* user selects PNGs @ typical resolution 800x600
* user gets a zipfile made for them

It might be heavy on the servers to do on-demand rendering of
different raster formats from the SVG, but if we offer a set of
"standard resolutions", we'd just have to generate once for each
resolution, and then only the packaging is on-demand.
