Your question is not phrased very well, I am not sure I understand it, 
do you ask about an image lime the attached one?

That was /usr/lib/firefox-1.5.0.2/res/broken-image.gif on my Linux 
desktop (on Windows it should be something like c:\Program 
Files\Firefox\res\broken-image.gif)
