[Clipart] Cannot upload

Dear all,

It seems that some of my files cannot be uploaded.
After 2~3 minutes uploading I went into a blank page and the file is
disappeared.

Perhaps it's due to a slow network link I have. (64kbps for upload)
Or perhaps my file is broken, I'm not sure. I create it by inkscape.

Is there any bugs on this server or is it just my own problem?
I'm attaching one of my files into this mail. Please check it.
