It should be easy to make an extension called package builder or
something which would allow for selecting different filters for our
collection and handle building custom packages.

For now, I think we should only allow admins to do this, but ideally,
I'd like to develop some type of checkout where people could add clipart
to checkout basket and then checkout and download that package...down
the line...

Also, it wouldn't be difficult to write a commandline script to make a
package from tags and ratings...please see examples in the bin folder of
ccHost for inspiration. Would anyone be interested in this task?
