Also Rita, many of the files you have uploaded as svg files are just  
bitmap files embedded into an svg file format.  You can see all of  
these showing up as 2kb files in the library.  These contain no vector  
art - you can see this by viewing the file in Inkscape and going to  
View > Display mode > Outline.  You'll see that it is just a blank  
box.  I know you are having trouble uploading large SVG files but  
placing a PNG, BMP or JPEG file into Inkscape and they just saving it  
as an svg is not a solution.   As the guidelines point out, files  
cannot have these embedded bitmap images.  These cannot be scaled or  
edited in a lossless manner and they are stripped out of the file on  
upload.  So no one but you sees the placed image.  The point of the  
library is to support SVG and Inkscape because we believe that open  
source vector graphics are the most useful and flexible format for  
clipart.
