[Clipart] cchost version 4

Just a quick query,

Are we currently using the testing version of cchost4 on open clipart
library, if we are not, when is it scheduled to be released? I have heard
there are some cool new features in the upcoming release - am I right?

Is there a release notes section for the upcoming release? Rejon?
