[Clipart] [Open Clip Art Library] Upload Flagged

Hi!

I'll upload a second SVG without the URL, beside the original one and write 
to the uploader about the fact that it is better to upload cliparts without 
URLs, logos etc... because it decreases their usability (a person wanting to 
include it in - for example- a presentation would have to open it in an 
vector editor to delete the URL).
