[Clipart] Thumbnails for browsing

Who do I talk to about getting access to the test server ?
I'm a PHP newb, but have some skill in other languages.
No promises of PHP magic, but I'd like to take a look.
PHP is on my list of things to improve skills on.

Yes, http://ccmixter.org was the original target, although I'm always
