[Clipart] [Open Clip Art Library] licensing violation

I was looking through the archive and came across this file:

The author who uploaded this lied about its legal status.  It's not public domain; it's a registered trademark of Lionhead Studios, which is owned by Microsoft.  If you visit their web site you can see it in their footer and as the favicon:

http://www.lionhead.com/

A give-away is the fact that the artist who uploaded it named the file "Black & White", which is the name of a game that Lionhead Studios produced a few years back.

I'm not affiliated with Lionhead Studios or Microsoft, but I thought I should report it anyway.  I'd rather not see the OCAL get in legal trouble.  I recommend removing the file and hoping nobody else notices.
