Before getting too concerned about this site consider what they have there - Mickey Mouse, Dr. Seuss, Daffy Duck.  They post clear copyright and trademark violations and attempt to CYA by claiming "fair use".  This site is not clean.  My concern would be using anything from there because it is questionable that is public domain given what else is posted there.  If you want them to not be a problem point the Disney lawyers to the Disney characters here.  That will put the fear of God into them.
