Users can now add Collections via their user-detail page (the page shown
when you click on your logged in username).  Just under the list of
created Collections, a form is now displaying that will reload your
page, once submitted, and your new Collection should be displaying in
the list of created Collections.

      Status: Confirmed => Fix Released
