[Clipart] Hidden Clipart

This is great. It would be great to fit this into the ocal page and
link it together where possible with existing admin pages.

Also, great to have some functions on there like, remind author of
hidden clipart. Delete, etc.

Are the hidden clipart still accessible from the url/filesystem? They
should really be moved to a secure place outside the accessible
filesystem if robots and others can still access them, but not see
them
