[Clipart] Favorite emails opt out

Hello all,

I wanted to send a quick message to let you all know that I've added a bit to the user settings page (http://www.openclipart.org/manage/profile) that will allow you to stop email notifications from coming your way when users favorite your clip art.

All you need to do is change the 'Receieve Email Notifications' box in the settings page.  Currently, this will only affect the favorite emails, but I hope this can be incorporated & expanded upon as OCAL functionality continues to improve & expand.

Please test this feature, if you're interested in opting out, and help me make sure this is working for all users.
