 The attachment was quarantined because it may contain an executable
 file which could contain a virus.  A non-viral executable
 file can be transported through the RDC e-mail system by
 enclosing it in a .ZIP archive, renaming the .ZIP archive a .ZIPX
 file and renaming it back upon reception or by renaming the file
 extension to a non-executable file type.
