I guess my question is more this...<br><br>Should the Metadata be human readable, or computer readable? Is there a good reason why many of the old clipart which we are importing use the "<a href="http://web.resource.org/cc/PublicDomian">http://web.resource.org/cc/PublicDomian</a>" page, instead of the human readable CC certification? <br>

</div>But beside Inkscape, I doubt any of those tools is capable to write<br>
metadata. I don't expect users to add metadata with text editors<br>
(notepad) or command line Perl tools, so it is either the application<br>
where the file is created or our website uploader who should do the job.<br>
