More non-free or potentially copyright infringing images. OCAL Author "qubodup" has rightly pointed out that there may be non-free version of tux
on our site.

http://www.openclipart.org/detail/31387
http://www.openclipart.org/detail/10848
http://www.openclipart.org/detail/13007
the original APPARENTLY/MIGHT come from here.
http://tux.crystalxp.net/en.conditions.html

The people at CrystalXP say that the Tux G1 and G2 is not public domain, but I have some trouble understanding how that can be. First off, THEIR Tux is based on the free one. Images evolve. How can they claim an LPGL or other licence on their work which IS based on the other "free" one?

Secondly, "Tux" has become synonymous WITH being "free". So I don't see how they can call their Tux as "Tux" without infringing on the "freedoms" that the original had.

Thirdly and more to the point, do we need to remove these particular "tux"s and any variants or remixes thereof?

Cheers
Chovynz
