I thought that was strange too... Not only because of that specific clipart, but also because of what happened to me:<div><br></div><div>1) I uploaded a clipart yesterday.</div><div>2) Very few minutes after that (5 or 10 minutes, I think), it had already been downloaded by about 300 people or more.</div>

<div>3) As I noticed there was a visual problem with my clipart, I deleted it, fixed and reuploaded (<a href="http://www.openclipart.org/detail/63841">http://www.openclipart.org/detail/63841</a>) ... and now it has 446 downloads already.<div>

<br><div>As someone said, maybe he posted his flag somewhere and people (probably Brazilians) started visiting OpenClipart to download it and found other Brazilian clipart, like <a href="http://www.openclipart.org/detail/63895">http://www.openclipart.org/detail/63895</a> (that has been downloaded a lot more than the ones uploaded by the same time).</div>

<div><br></div><div>About submitting already existing clipart, maybe there could be a hint like "before you upload, search if there is already a similar clipart" or something like that.</div><div><br></div><div>
