I have one question.<br>
Is CC0 compatible with Public Domain? I mean, can they licence it under
CC0, then upload to OCAL, which then "Our version" becomes PB and the
rest is covered by CC0 , or does it have to be only PD? The problem is
that : PD isn't valid in many places outside of the USA.<br>
