By the way, I know that Merlin is not using PD sources, however I should point out that as far as I can tell he is actually doing the legal and right thing in providing attribution on these images. I don't think he's doing this with bad intent. Unfortunatly for him and OCAL, I think he might simply not know that CC-BY is not compatible with PD/CC0.
