[colord] colord doesn't detect my display

The nvidia binary driver doesn't support the XRandR 1.2 extension which
colord (or, rather, gnome-color-manager) uses, so it won't work.

I believe that the ‘calibrate’ option requires that a supported
calibration device be attached; at the moment, just the Pantone Huey is
supported.
