[colord] xiccd - a daemon to apply display ICC profiles without Gnome/KDE

Hi,

I'd like to present xiccd, a daemon that applies ICC profiles from
colord to X. It is basically the same as gnome-settings-daemon (color
module) and colord-gtk but does not depend on any particular desktop
environment.

I use xiccd with Xfce. It is written from scratch. The current version,
0.1.0, probably has lots of bugs but seems to work fine for me.

Right now there is no program to change colord settings without
Gnome/KDE, so just use "gnome-control-center color" with Gnome Color
Manager for now.
