[compiz] gnome-terminal resizing issues

Disregard that. It seems also to happen with metacity, but metacity
keeps the window size inside of the screen, so it isn't as annoying.
(compiz can end up with windows several times the size of my monitor,
depending on how big the terminal is when the bug is triggered.)
