[compiz] compiz-fusion-kde-0.6.2-3.1 Window Decoration Crash?

At the moment, emerald is a crashy beast.  If you'd like to help hunt
down the crashes that would be great, I don't have time myself right
now.  Really the application needs a full audit if not a rewrite.  I
am not happy with its current state at all.
