[compiz] Final Round(s) of the Logo Contest

All the "contestants" have had plenty of time to discuss and edit their 
entries and now it's time to freeze editing and begin the final round(s). A 
quick review of the contest rules:

1. The logo poll requires a majority of the votes cast to win.

2. If there is no majority, we will drop the entries with lowest non-zero vote 
count and any entries with zero votes, then take additional polls until one 
entry gets a majority.

3. Each poll will last for 3 days.
