[compiz] 0.4 release

Another issue that I am not sure have been reported (I was not able to
find it in bugzilla) is the following (using todays git version of
compiz):

On viewport n I have some window open. I then minimize that window and
switch to another viewport. If I then try to select the minimize window
using the switcher (or clicking in the gnome-panel window list applet)
the viewport changes, the gnome-panel window list indicates that the
window has been restored, but the window is nowhere to be seen. I have
to minimize and restore before the window appears.

Can anyone confirm the same behavior?
