[compiz] Open issues with localisation/internationalisation by Compiz Fusion KDE 0.6.2-3.1?

In Gnome, this context menu is displayed by libwnck, so outside of
Compiz. I don't know what exactly is causing the behaviour you see, but
for the record: It's working just fine here, using both
kde-window-decorator and gtk-window-decorator under Gnome 2.20.
