That's a libwnck issue, check the mailing list, there is some patches available (for gnome 2.14) You can also find updated version of these patch for libwnck 2.16 here <a href="http://www.compiz.info/patches/libwnck" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)"> http://www.compiz.info/patches/libwnck </a> The patch you need is the above patch, but can probably find an already patched libwnck in a repo/overlay or whatever your distro use.
